Located in the Palmerston area of downtown Toronto just west of the Annex, this charming property required a full interior gutting and a full renovation to convert it into a high-end rental property. To bring out the old charm of this beautiful property the existing plaster was removed and recycled glass was used to blast and create a stunning exposed brick wall. The project included a lot of brick restoration throughout, designing and building a brand-new kitchen with custom Herringbone floor designs to create a clean transition from the kitchen to the living area.
A flush-mount steel beam was installed to create an open-concept living room and open-concept kitchen to maximize the space and allow for the streaming of more natural light in the unit. Other finishing features included a custom glass shower enclosure with a custom shower bench, a free-standing bathtub, and a customer fireplace and entertainment wall unit.
