Located in the Dufferin Grove / Cedarvale area west of Forest Hill, this large second-storey top-up addition included designing and building a brand-new master bedroom and new basement washroom, as well as, installing new hardware and trim added throughout the entire home. On the exterior, a new cedar custom deck that matched the existing home structure was installed to create more family space.
